Dangerous Diarrhea

Campylobacter can cause infections associated with symptoms such as fever, headache, muscle pain, joint pain, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.

In rare cases, Guillain-Barré syndrome, a disease of the nervous system as a complication of Campylobacteriosis, possible.

In immunocompromised patients, a chronic course of threatening and the infection can take in the worst case, life-threatening proportions.

What is the citizens concern

As the Federal Institute for risk assessment (BfR) in the message writes, are Salmonella, genetically modified food and micro-plastic in food health and consumer issues that are on the awareness scale of consumers at the very top.
